Alright, I have to say something.

the only decent duration IAS for a paragon sucks balls. 25 energy, while my para has 30 base. Cracked armor, reapplied every time a shout/chant ends. Makes my hero monk with dismiss condition do nothing but. No adrenaline boost to make it worthwhile.

A Paragon with cracked armor becomes a soft target in PvE...drop the energy cost to 15e so it's viable, maybe add an adrenaline boost (like 20% chance of double adren) or remove cracked armor altogether. You can keep it as-is for PvP..as people still use it and make it work.

IMO, you're missing the point here. It's a permanent and unstrippable IAS. Anthem of Flame maintains it on recharge, and you GAIN energy (-5, +6 at 12 leadership) in a full party. All you do is cast it when you enter a zone, maintain with Anthem of Flame which is a pretty solid boost to your entire party, and then dominate. If you can't stand Cracked Armor, take a Foul Feast/Plague Sending necro to deal with it - which BTW is not a big deal, it's not like you're a frontline character. You've even got a skill to deal with the fact that you might have less armor - [There's Nothing to Fear!]. Plus the Centurion's Insignias that you should always have on halve the issue in the first place.

AR is more than powerful enough as is. No poll, so /notsigned.

25 energy for a one-time cost, and just renew it. GG. The Dismiss problems are minimal.

25 energy isn't a problem. Cast it when you get into a zone, cast a 5e anthem on recharge. Paragons have great energy management. Besides, its a 1 time cost.

I don't know if I should laugh or cry. A paragon with cracked armor still has 76 armor, which is more armor than every other profession except for warrior.

If it's on pretty much every single paragons bar, it's viable, and it doesn't need to be changed.

no, you just need to bring [anthem of flame] or [anthem of weariness]

thats like saying ele's have no creativity because they need attunments, or frenzy is bad because you need a cancel stance.
